Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number, so you can follow the status of your delivery. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.

Since we do our best to ship orders as fast as we can, it might not be possible to change or cancel your order if your purchase is already shipped. Based on your location, preferred shipping method, and weight of the products, your shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your full address.

Yes - we offer a Machine-Fit Guarantee. In the event that this happens, you can contact us (support@velroq.com) to check why the product doesn’t fit your machine. We help you return the item and get a replacement that fits your machine.

We currently accept all major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express) for after-pay solutions and we are able to accept payments by invoice. Velroq will not see or use any of the payment information, all payments will be processed by our global payment provider with maximum data security. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
